Welcome to the Sands Apartments in Kamloops BC, Canada. The Sands is a quiet, friendly 2 building complex in a leafy neighborhood, very close to shopping and many other amenities, in the Sahali area of Kamloops. The buildings are within walking distance to Thompson Rivers University.
We currently have newly renovated one bedroom suites available. Rents range from $800 to $850. Hot water included, other utilities extra. No pets, no smoking in the building. We prefer a one year lease (negotiable).
